Hope Valley believes that hope has the power to change lives, strengthen families, and build stronger communities.

Our role is simple: create opportunities for hope. Whether through a meaningful partnership, an act of kindness, a prayer, or a moment of encouragement, we believe even the smallest opportunity can become something far greater than we could accomplish on our own.

By working alongside trusted community organizations, first responders, businesses, churches, volunteers, donors, and compassionate individuals, we seek to identify opportunities where hope can make a meaningful difference.

Notes From Our Founder & Director

Founder - Jamie Clouse

Hope Valley was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, supported, and hopeful.

For years, I watched individuals and families navigate challenges that didn't always fit neatly into a diagnosis, a program, or a system designed to help them. They weren't necessarily in crisis, yet they were carrying burdens that impacted their daily lives, relationships, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

I met caregivers who were exhausted but didn't know where to turn for support. Families raising children with learning differences, sensory needs, or disabilities who often felt overlooked because they didn't meet specific criteria for services. Individuals who were struggling, searching for connection, encouragement, or understanding, but found themselves somewhere in the space between "doing fine" and "qualifying for help."

There are many incredible organizations serving people in crisis, and many programs available for those who meet specific eligibility requirements. But my heart was continually drawn to those who seemed to fall in the middle—the people who still needed hope, support, encouragement, and community, even if they didn't fit inside a particular box.

That vision became Hope Valley.

While the ways we serve may evolve over time, the heart behind Hope Valley remains the same: to create opportunities for people to feel supported, connected, encouraged, and reminded that they are not alone.

I believe hope can change a life.

Sometimes hope looks like a prayer.

Sometimes it looks like a community coming together around a need.

Sometimes it looks like an act of kindness, a meaningful experience, a helping hand, or simply knowing that someone cares.

My prayer is that Hope Valley continues to be a place where people find hope—especially those who may feel unseen, overlooked, or forgotten.

Hope has a remarkable way of changing lives.

Not because it removes every obstacle or instantly fixes every problem, but because it reminds us that brighter days may still be ahead. It gives us the courage to take the next step, the strength to keep moving forward, and sometimes, simply the gift of a little more time.

Every day, I meet people carrying burdens that others cannot see. Caregivers who are exhausted. Families navigating challenges that feel overwhelming. Individuals struggling through difficult relationships, life transitions, grief, past trauma, abuse, loneliness, or circumstances they never expected to face.

One of the greatest gifts God has given me is the opportunity to sit with people in those moments.

What I've learned is that some of the deepest struggles are often hidden behind a smile. People are longing to be seen, heard, understood, and reminded that they are not alone. Sometimes, more than anything else, they simply need a safe place to share their story and know that someone cares.

That is one of the reasons Hope Valley matters.

At Hope Valley, we believe hope can be found in many forms—a kind word, a meaningful opportunity, a shared experience, an act of generosity, a prayer, or a community willing to walk alongside someone through a difficult season.

My prayer is that every person who encounters Hope Valley experiences encouragement, compassion, belonging, and the reminder that they are deeply loved by God and valued by those around them.

People may forget what we said, but they rarely forget how we made them feel.

May every interaction, every opportunity, and every act of kindness offered through Hope Valley leave people feeling seen, valued, encouraged, and hopeful.
